    BLM GROUP presents the new laser sheet-cutting system LS7, a system uniquely designed for sheet processing, an entry-level product in the high-end system segment, i.e. a product with all the features and devices of a high-end system, but at a reasonable level of investment. LS7 has an innovative aluminum gantry structure mobilized by a rack and pinion system, which slides on a very strong metal structure, filled with polymer concrete to ensure high stiffness with high accelerations up to 2G.

Abrasive Recycling Unit - ARU

    Die Abrasive Recycling Unit ARU von ConSus ANT ermöglicht die Aufbereitung und Wiederverwendung von mehr als 100 kg Abrasivmittel pro Stunde bei äußerst geringem Energiebedarf. Somit können Anwender die Wirtschaftlichkeit und Nachhaltigkeit ihrer Prozesse deutlich steigern. Die ARU eignet sich sowohl bei Nutzung des WAIS- als auch des WAS-Verfahrens. Während WAIS die Verwendung der ARU mit einer Trocknungsanlage für das Rezyklat voraussetzt, erlaubt WAS, das feuchte Abrasivmittel direkt erneut dem Schneidprozess zuzuführen.

    The Abrasive Recycling Unit ARU from ConSus ANT enables the processing and reuse of more than 100 kg of abrasive per hour with extremely low energy requirements. This allows users to significantly increase the economic efficiency and sustainability of their processes. The ARU is suitable for use with both the WAIS and WAS processes. While WAIS requires the use of the ARU with a drying system for the recyclate, WAS allows the moist abrasive to be fed directly back into the cutting process.

Eco Cooler

    Durch die Substitution des Kühlmittels durch Wasser birgt der Eco Cooler ein sehr hohes CO2-Einsparpotenzial – der CO2 Ausstoß verringert sich um ca. 15 t je Kühler. Zudem sinkt der Energiebedarf um bis zu 80 % im Vergleich zu herkömmlichen Kühlern. Durch drehzahlregelbare Pumpen wird die Temperatur der wärmeerzeugenden Komponente optimal geregelt, ebenso wie die Volumenströme. Eine weitere Reduktion der Betriebskosten ergibt sich durch den Wegfall der jährlichen Dichtheitsprüfung.

    By substituting the coolant with water, the Eco Cooler has a very high CO2 savings potential - CO2 emissions are reduced by approx. 15 t per cooler. In addition, the energy requirement is reduced by up to 80 % compared to conventional coolers. The temperature of the heat-generating component is optimally controlled by variable-speed pumps, as are the volume flows. A further reduction in operating costs results from the elimination of the annual leak test.
