    Das Trockentrommelverfahren ist eine sehr wirtschaftliche und umweltfreundliche Lösung zum Entgraten und Veredeln von Teilen. Dieses Verfahren ermöglicht das gleichzeitige Entgraten und Trockenentfetten von Industrieteilen (Bearbeitung, thermisches Schneiden usw.) Bei diesem Verfahren wird kein Wasser verwendet, sodass kein Schlamm wiederaufbereitet wird und der Abfall sehr begrenzt ist.

    The SPIC Process is a very economical and ecological process for the finishing, deburring of industrial parts. This process also enables to simultaneously deburr and make dry degreasing on the parts (machined of flame cut, etc). No water is used in this process, thus no sludge needs to be collected and treated. We manage the quantity of dust and it's only few. Our equipments are completely soundproofed and without any vibration (flexibility in the workflow, we can place a machine close to a CNC machine).

So reduzieren Sie Ihren Aufwand an zusätzlichen Prozessschritten und vermeiden scharfkantige Bleche.     Innovative laser cutting process for applying chamfers, countersinks and rounded edges to parts. The EdgeLine Bevel function can now do even more: use it to cut chamfers as well as countersinks and rounded edges directly on your laser cutting machine. In this way, you reduce the number of additional process steps and avoid sharp-edged sheets. In concrete terms, this means that rounded edges increase the visual quality of your parts and reduce the risk of cuts.
